The selected firm will be required to provide Topographic Survey, Roadway and Bridge Design Plan Development, Environment Documentation, All Permits, Geotechnical Work, Hydraulic Analysis, Utility Coordination, Right of Way Engineering (Plans, Title Research and Staking), Pavement Design, and Construction Phase Service. Additional services may also be required such as Wetland Mitigation and Historical/Architectural Investigations. INDOT will provide Land acquisition Services as needed. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
