Riverview Drive, from Marquette Street to 3,930 feet north. Reconstruction of Riverview Drive shall consist of detour signage and maintenance, clearing and grubbing, bituminous pavement removal, sanitary sewer and services, water main and services, 6- inch force main construction, lift station replacement at Water Treatment Plant, storm sewer, unclassified excavation, common and borrow excavation, grading, graveling, 24- inch concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway approaches, 4-inch concrete sidewalk, 6- inch concrete trail construction, 6-inch asphaltic concrete pavement, boulevard restoration and epoxy pavement marking. Construction on Riverview Drive shall be substantially completed and open to traffic by Tuesday, September 1, 2020. Final completion for street construction on Riverview Drive shall be Friday, September 11, 2020. Final completion shall include all pavement marking and restoration Lift station installation shall be completed by November 1, 2020. This section shall modify the General Conditions, Section 0700.12, Liquidated Damages by adding the following paragraph: The Contractor shall complete the work as required in Section 1000.3. The amount to be deducted as liquidated damages if the Contractor fails to complete a street in the time allowed shall be $500.00 per calendar day (Section 0700.12, Liquidated Damages of the General Conditions of the Contract). Completion shall be when final restoration and clean-up is complete.
