Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a four-story above grade parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; and transportation facility.
This is Bid Package #3. Work Categories previously bid are marked as such in Section 00 23 00 - Work Categories. Also make sure to review Section 00 21 13 - Instruction to Bidders for additional information. In general, the project consists of a 4-level, post-tension concrete parking structure with ground level bus transfer station. Sitework, concrete and underground plumbing have been previously bid and awarded. Davis-Bacon wages and certified payrolls apply to this project. Review the Instructions to Bidders, Work Categories and Bid Form included in the specifications prior to beginning estimating. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project.
