This request for proposal consists of asphaltic materials needed for various Eau Claire County Highway Department project in accordance with the most current applicable State of Wisconsin department of transportation (Wis/DOT) standard specifications for highway, constructions and these special provisions. If conflicts arise between the standard specifications and the special provisions the special provisions will govern. Work shall consist of providing 3LT 58-28, 4LT 58-34 Hot Mix Asphalt, Rut FOB. Tack Truck will require bidder's operator to deliver and apply No Pre-Bid Conference Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Eau Claire County shall not be responsible for or incur any charges for any reason to handle, transport, dispose of or the restocking of any un used material. Eau Claire County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all prices and to waive technicalities in any or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of Eau-Claire County
