Renovation of an educational facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Eau Claire Area School District will be accepting bids for the Longfellow Elementary School Controls Project. Work includes replacement of mechanical controls at Elementary School. All questions regarding the bidding procedures, design, and scope of work should be directed to: Jeff Nestor, ECASD - Phone number: 715-579-9505 or Email: jnestor@ecasd.us Lump sum bid proposals with 100% performance bond and 5% bond security are required. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid due date. The Eau Claire Area School District reserves the right to reject all proposals not deemed in the best interest of the school district.
