Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wheaton, Illinois. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and detention facility.
Plans call to improve the heating and cooling system at the at the jail, courthouse, and coroner office. As of June 1, 2020, this project is in planning stage. A tentative bid schedule for contractors is scheduled for July 2020; however, the owner has not disclosed the firm date. A construction timeline has not been released.
