This project involves replacement of roofing systems and accessories and related work including masonry repairs, sheet metal and painting, at the Alton Mental Health Center located in Madison County, Illinois and essentially includes the following work: a. Administration Building – BD072: Work to include remove/replace the existing shingle roof system on the three-story building. Abate the lead paint from the soffits and fascia and repaint. Repoint the existing masonry joints on the tower. Remove the existing EPDM roof system on the two-story section and install TPO membrane roof system. b. Locust Building – BD013: Work to include removing the existing shingle system on the steep slope sections of the building, over-frame the and install asphalt shingle roofing system. Remove the existing modified bitumen roof system on the single-story section and install TPO membrane roof system. c. Holly Building – BD005: Work to include remove/replace the existing shingle roof system on the steep slope sections of the building, including overframe of the existing roof. Remove the existing EPDM on the low slope roof sections to the existing wood deck install TPO membrane roof system. Remove/replace the mansard roofs including framing. d. Recreation Hall – BD012: Work to include remove/replace the existing modified bitumen roof system on the gymnasium section and remove the existing EPDM roof system on the two-story section and install TPO membrane roof system. e. Security Building – BD065: Work to include removing the existing ballasted EPDM roof system and install TPO membrane roof system. f. Garage Building – BD022: Work to include remove the existing EPDM roof system and install TPO membrane roof system. g. Hickory Building – BD018: Work to include remove/replace the existing shingle roof system on the steep slope sections of the building, including overframe the existing roof.
