Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Cobourg, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Cobourg is requesting proposals from Proponent Firms to complete a Design-Build Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) System Upgrades at their Water Pollution Control Plant No. 2. The purpose of this project will be to upgrade the existing SBR system at WPCP No. 2 to meet the increasing capacity of the Leachate and Hauled Waste system and the SBR system redundancy requirement. The Project will be delivered using the Design Build Approach. This RFP has been developed to allow the Town to select the proposal that best suits the Town with respect to approach, experience, services to be provided, cost and future warranty and system maintenance. The lowest cost proposal may not necessarily be selected.
