The original solicitation is included below: The City of Surprise ("City") seeks a qualified Contractor to perform construction services for the baseball field located at the new Gaines Park location. This project is going to be solely funded with federal funds from the Community Development Block Grant program. Due to the complex nature of compliance with federal requirements, it is the preference of the City that the Contractor have prior experience with large federally funded projects. The City will not preclude any contract on this basis, it is only a preference of the City.
