Business Occupancy on the first floor includes Training Room, Training Wall, Open Office, Offices, Conference Room, Restrooms, Showers, Mechanical, Electrical, IT and Storage with approximate total of 2,700 NSF Storage Occupancy located in North and East Wings on the lower levels are both equipment and vehicle storage bays. The North Bay (including Storage) is 6,600 SF with a Mezzanine and Platform access above. The East Bay (including Storage) is 3,900 SF. The Mezzanine storage area is 2,900 NSF.
