Site work and paving for a road / highway in Imperial, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bids Will Be Referred to the Engineer for Review. The Work Includes Approximately 570 Tons of Superpave Bituminous Wearing Course, 680 Tons of Superpave Bituminous Binder Course, 200 Cy of Asphalt Milling, Excavation and Other Work as Further Described in the Contract Documents. The Bid Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, With an Original Power of Attorney, a Certified Check, or a Cashiers Check in the Amount of Ten (10) Percent of the Bid Proposal Made in Favor of the Township of Findlay. Facsimiles Will Not Be Accepted and Will Provide Cause for Rejection of the Bid. State Prevailing Wage Rates Are a Part of This Contract. No Bidder Shall Withdraw His Bid for a Period of Sixty (60) Days From the Date of Bid Opening. Findlay Township Board of Supervisors Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Informalities, and to Award Contracts Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the Township
