Renovation of a municipal facility in Imperial, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
As of April 28, 2023. Project was awarded to One Nation Distribution bid in the amount of $29,985.00 For Activity Center 1st Floor (Upper Level) Floor Covering Replacement The work includes all materials and labor to cover the existing flooring with Premium High Traffic LVT 9 Plank Flooring Bids must be submitted on prescribed forms furnished with the bid documents. Facsimiles will not be accepted and will provide cause for rejection of the bid. State prevailing wage rates maybe part of this contract. No bidder shall withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening. Findlay Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any all bids, to waive informalities, and to award contracts deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
