Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a transportation facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 11,400-square-foot transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for the remodel of a transportation facility.
The scope of work is per the specifications developed by McMahon Associates, Inc. (Neenah, WI). Reference the following for the scope - Technical Specifications: McMahon Project O002-6-20-00132 dated October 1, 2020 (797 pages) Construction Drawings: McMahon Project O002-6-20-00132 datedOctober 1, 2020 (note two files to download, Part 1 is 68 pages and Part 2 is 79 pages) Project will be lump sum base bid with 7 alternates Alternate 1 - Compressor Replacement Alternate 2 - Finish Upgrade to Offices 11.1, 11.2, 11.3 Alternate 3 - Upgrade Fire Alarm System Alternate 4 - VESDA System Alternate 5 - IT / Paging Alternate 6 - Finish Upgrade to Existing Corridors Alternate 7 - Hangar door IMP replacement Additionally we are requesting 3 informational only bids. These bids are items broken out that are already included in the base bid amount. Due to variousfunding sources, we need the cost broken out.
