This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Boston, Massachusetts. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
A performance bond, and also a labor and materials bond, each of a surety company authorized to do business in Massachusetts and satisfactory to the City, and each in the sum of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder, prior to the start of the contract, as security to guarantee the faithful performance of the contract. The term of the contract shall be for thirty-six (36) months, beginning July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023. The award and continuation of any contract awarded hereunder is subject to appropriation. In addition, this contract is subject to the Prevailing Wage provisions under Massachusetts General Laws. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids on any part or parts thereof; to waive any defects, informalities and minor irregularities; and to award a contract as the city deems to be in its best interest. The maximum time for bid acceptance is ninety (90) days after the above mentioned date specified for receipt of bids.
