Renovation of an educational facility in Lynnwood, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Estimated base bid cost range: $505,000 to $555,000. The State reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Project Description Remove existing ballasted roof assembly, drainage crickets, and metal roofing assembly including flashing. Remove (E) mechanical equipment, electrical conduit and wiring. Salvage light fixtures and mechanical equipment. Install new TPO roofing system consisting of insulation attached to the roof deck, coverboard, ice and water shield. Install standing seam roofing on building circulation towers. Install new wiring and conduit; reinstall (E) light fixtures and (E) mechanical units. Bid Alternate Number 1 - Olympic Building: Remove existing EPDM roof assembly. Remove (E) roof hatch, rotate 180 degrees, and reinstall. Install new TPO roofing system including a base layer of 2 inch insulation plus layers of tapered insulation to create positive drainage
