This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Lynnwood, Washington. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The Contractor will provide service to transport sludge generated at the Lynnwood WWTP and dispose of it in an approved landfill so that onsite sludge storage will not interrupt the normal plant, operation. The service includes but is not limited to supplying all the sludge hauling equipment, materials and vehicle, hauling, loading and unloading of the trailer and chassis, and disposal of sludge in he landfill. All Bids shall be based upon compliance with the Project. Manual (including, without limitation, the Contract Plans and Specifications). The estimated cost range for this project is $1,700,000 to $2,400,000 for the 3-Year contact term. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions regarding this Project shall be inserted to the "Question and Answer" section of the city's procurement portal. The city will only provide answers to the questions inserted in the city's procurement portal and all questions and answers will be available to the public under the "Questions and Answer" tab.
