As of October 13, 2020, an engineer has been awarded. *The previous solicitation is listed below for references. --- The City of Brentwood wishes to engage a qualified firm to assess the constructability of a roundabout at the intersection of Murray Lane/Holly Tree gap and provide design services for a roundabout or design services for a signalized intersection if the roundabout is determined to be prohibitive. The City engaged Neel-Schaffer Engineering to prepare a traffic study which determined a roundabout is the preferred alternative, however, there are topographic and utility challenges to constructing any improvement. The study included schematic layouts for both options.
