A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Marion County Facilities is seeking to contract a qualified firm to utilize an existing concept design to create 100% construction drawings for renovations to the Marion County Growth Services Building. Provide professional architectural and engineering services for new office space area for the Growth Services Building. Review the design and construction administration responsibilities and the submission requirements identified in this scope of work with the design team members. Items such as: contract deliverables, special sequencing or phased construction requirements, special hours for construction based on client programs or building occupancy, security needs, delivery dates of critical and long lead items, utility interruptions or shut down constraints for tie-ins and coordination with other project construction activities at the site shall be addressed. This information and all general administrative information; including a narrative summary of the work for this project, shall be included in the contractors submission. The Consultant shall ensure that there are no conflicts between the information contained in this specification and the general conditions. The construction space for this project is occupied by various County departments, and will remain occupied throughout construction. Firms shall illustrate their success with other occupied spaces in which they have designed a phased approach for construction. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
