Demolition and new construction of a parking garage in Alnwick/Haldimand, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade parking garage; and for the demolition of a parking garage.
The Ministry is replacing the existing garage building, as well as constructing a new storage building at the Grafton Patrol Yard. Construction at the Grafton Patrol Yard will include development of various buildings and yard features integral to the operation of a maintenance patrol yard. The Ontario Ministry of Transportation, is conducting a two phase Design-Build procurement to select a Design-Builder to design and construct the Grafton Patrol Yard Garage Replacement, Design-Build project. The Ministry hereby invites responses to the phase one Design-Build Expression of Interest (DB-EOI) from parties interested in submitting responses (respondents), and that are suitably qualified to design and construct the Project described in DB-EOI 2020-4019. The responses to this DB-EOI shall be used to determine a short-list of proponents that shall be eligible to submit proposals in response to a DB-Request for Proposals (DB-RFP) that shall be issued as phase two of the procurement for this Project.
