**As of August 19, 2020, this project was awarded to Hohenbrink Excavating LLC for $191,375.78.** Contract B: West High Waterline Replacement - OPWC consists of approximately 1,200 l.f. of 10" C-900 waterline, residential and commercial services and necessary appurtenances. The owner intends and requires that this project be fully completed by August 1, 2021. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of the Village in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is 100% payment and performance bond. The contract documents, including plans and specifications, are on file at the office of the Village of Hicksville, Ohio and the Engineer for the project Poggemeyer Design Group, Inc., 101 Clinton Street, Ste. 1300, Defiance, Ohio 43512. The Village reserves the right to award the projects either individually and/or both projects together. The Village of Hicksville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in any bid and to determine the lowest and best bidder.
