The intent of this invitation to bid is to establish pricing for janitorial services for the Ohio Department of Transportation District 1 facilities: Site 1: Hicksville Outpost, 946 East High Street, Hicksville, OH 43526 Site 2: Defiance County Full Service, 2340 Baltimore Street, Defiance, OH 43512 Site 3: Paulding County Full Service, 833 West Wayne Street, Paulding, OH 45879 Site 4: Van Wert County Full Service, 10238 Van Wert-Decatur Road, Van Wert, OH 45891 Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and incidental items necessary to perform the required services, all in accordance with specifications terms and conditions contained herein. Award of the contract will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the calculated total contract cost for services determined by multiplying the daily rate bid for each site by the number of days of service for each period and adding both periods together, all in accordance with the specifications herein. ODOT reserves the right to award by individual site or as a group to achieve the best financial value.
