Site work for a water / sewer project in Fremont, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bid bond must be in the sum of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid and must be that of an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio and with local agent. If the bid is rejected, the bid bond will be returned with notice. On bids accepted, the bond will be returned upon completion of a contract. A performance bond will be required to complete the contract. Any technical questions concerning this project should be directed to the City Engineer's office at 419-334-8963. Any bid questions should be directed to the Administrative Office at 419-334-2687. The successful bidder will be required to add the City of Fremont as additionally insured prior to the commencement of work. The right is reserved, by the Safety Service Director of the City of Fremont, Ohio, to reject any or all bids, and to waive technical defects, irregularities and informalities as the interest of the City may require.
