Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fremont, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Rodger Young Park Ball Field 9 Construction Engineer's estimate is $307,000.00 Completion date for project is August 31st, 2023 Any technical questions concerning this project should be directed to the City Engineer's office at 419-334-8963. Any bid questions should be directed to the Administrative Office at 419-334-2687. The right is reserved, by the Safety Service Director ofthe City of Fremont, Ohio, to reject any or all bids, and to waive technical defects, irregularities and informalities as the interest ofthe City may require. PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK INVOLVES: CONSTRUCTION OF DUGOUTS, SCOREBOARDS, BACKSTOPS, AND FENCING The overall work scope will consist of, but not limited, to site demolition, excavation, and re-grading to allow for the installation of concrete sidewalks & dugout pads, fencing for ball field 9, infield & warning track aggregates for ball field 9, storm sewer lines connecting to existing storm drainage system, under field drainage tile for ball field 9, fine grading and hydroseeding of site. All work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
