The Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: Selective demolition, remodel existing toilet rooms, add new ADA toilet room, replace toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories. Replace millwork, concrete masonry, brick masonry, concrete flatwork removal and replacement, miscellaneous mechanical, plumbing fixture replacement, miscellaneous electrical work, specialties, patch and repair of concrete, studs, gypsum board, replacement of floor coverings with new floorings, new paint, wood doors, hollow metal doors, aluminum storefront entrances, new door hardware and ADA operators.
