Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Park Nature Playground and MS4 Project Bids will be discussed at the July 7, 2020 Township Supervisors meeting. The Project consists of construction of site clearing, grading, stormwater improvements, concrete curbs and sidewalks, retaining walls, split rail fence, landscaping, install pre-purchased playground, safety surface, and including all appurtenances for a project complete-in-place. Project funded in part by DCNR and DCED. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. A 10% Bid Bond is to be furnished with the bid. Dallas Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids as well as the right to waive any or all informalities in awarding the contract in the best interest of Dallas Township.
