The Project consists of constructing the following: 1. Demolition of an existing pump station located on Britley Lane. 2. Construction of 391 LF of new 8-inch-diameter sanitary sewer and four (4) manholes. 3. Miscellaneous restoration activities. Neither Owner nor Engineer has any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or sufficiency of any Bidding Documents obtained from any source other than the Issuing Office. Obtaining these documents from any source other than the Issuing Office may result in obtaining incomplete and inaccurate information. Obtaining these documents from any source other than the Issuing Office may also result in failure to receive any addenda, corrections, or other revisions to the Bidding Documents that may be issued. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and any portion of any bid they deem necessary for the best interest of the Town, to accept any item or group of items unless qualified by the bidder, to acquire additional quantities at prices quoted on the bid form.
