Site work and paving for a road / highway in Harrisburg, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of 9/9/2020 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. This improvement project shall consist of paving approximately 7.1 miles of 2-lane road. Please see basis of payment information for milling technique for each road. Project alsoconsist of 500 tons of incidental patching, to be identified by the Town of Harrisburg at the time of the project. Project also consists of demolishing approximately 115 square yards of existing pavement and installing two drive entrances, sidewalk, one ADA Ramp,and associated seeding and mulching along Oakley Drive. Resurfacing of various Town streets with S9.5C surface course asphalt. Resurfacingprocess will consist of three different methods depending on the section of road. Installation of sidewalk and drive entrances on Oakley Drive is included. Approximately 31,050 SY of 1.5" Milling Approximately 107,400 SY of 1.5" S9.5C Resurfacing Concrete Sidewalk and Driveway construction on Oakley Drive Approximately 25 Tons of Roadway backfill, as required. Seeding and Matting, where required.
