**As of September 29, 2020, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** CR Number: 2066251 The New York Power Authority is requesting proposals to design, construct, install, finance, own, operate, maintain, and decommission solar PV systems at the customer sites pursuant to terms and conditions in the form of a 20 Year Power Purchase Agreement , which will be negotiated between the Authority and the Successful Proposer based on the contract option and the Authoritys terms and conditions as set forth in Appendix E, and Appendix G, with no upfront developmental cost to the Authority or the City of New York . In addition to the Standard PPA Option found in Appendix E, an up-front Purchase Option, subject to the term sheet attached in Appendix G, which will serve as the foundation of a further definitive agreement to be negotiated between the parties should any of these three options be selected. Through this Request for Proposals , the Authority is seeking to obtain competitively-priced proposals. For the Cost Sheets found in Appendix B, it is strongly advised that all three options be completed. The Standard PPA Option is mandatory. All attachments referenced above are located within the Ariba event. Total MWBE Participation Goals: 0% Contract term: 20 Years
