Renovation of a multi-residential development in Mountain Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Mountain Lake Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) will accept separate bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the window replacement project including all associated work required to install / repair same as shown in bid documents. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Mountain Lake Housing & Redevelopment Authority, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder(s) and an acceptable surety, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, must be submitted with each bid. No less than minimum salaries and wages set forth in the contract documents must be paid on this project (DavisBacon). Contractors must take affirmative action to ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, sexual orientation, disability, familial status or status with regard to public assistance. HUD, Section 3 Compliance & Documentation are required on this project as stipulated in the Bid Documents and HUD Standards. Successful bidders must furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds, in the penal sum of the full amount of the contract awarded. The Mountain Lake Housing and Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
