A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Site Directions: 926 2nd Ave, Mountain Lake, MN 56159 The Project includes, but not limited to, the following Work: o Construct Power Plant with cast-in-place concrete foundations, floor and substation slab, and precast building panel structure. o Relocate radiators, exhaust stacks, and transformers from storage locations within city limits to site. o Install gensets, exhaust system, and radiators. o Construct fuel truck unloading containment. o Provide and install balance of plant civil, utility, structural, building mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and controls systems as described in the Bidding Documents. o Provide and install painting, insulation, and special coatings. o Provide and install office, conference room, storage room, utility room, bathrooms, and garage. o Manage, segregate, haul, and dispose of contaminated soils. o Construct site access including bituminous, gravel, and concrete pavement. o Install and maintain erosion and sediment control. o Start-up and commission the entire constructed Project. o Install substation transformer, switchgear, grounding grids, and genset feeders. o Miscellaneous and incidental work as described in the Bidding Documents from Barr Engineering and Qualus.
