WORK DESCRIPTION: City Project no. 4025-1050 The work includes the construction of the following approximate quantities: 12,646 SY Remove Bituminous Pavement 2,700 TON Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mixture (3;C) 424 LF 15" RC Pipe Sewer Design 3006 Class V 812 LF 12" PVC Pipe Sewer 6 EACH Hydrant 16 EACH 6"-12" Gate Valve and Box 632 LF 6"-12" Watermain Ductile Iron CL 52 9 EACH Construct Drainage Structure Design Special 1 7.5 LF Construct Drainage Structure Design 48-4020 9,874 SF 4" Concrete Walk 5,278 SF 8" Concrete Walk 1,343 LF Concrete Curb Ramp Walk 5,370 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter Design B618 750 SY 8" Concrete Driveway Pavement 14 EACH Light Foundation Design E Modified 15 EACH Install Lighting Unit 2,605 SY Sodding COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the contract must be completed by the dates specified in the project specifications. BID SECURITY: A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park, shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the city.
