Renovation of an educational facility in St Louis Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

SLP High School Batthroom Remodel The project will consist of fully remodeling two bathrooms which will consist of removing all finishes, common plumbing wall and pluming related to the bathrooms and reconstructions with new piping, fixtures, metal studs and sheetrock, tile suspended ceilings, lighting and everything else as specified or depicted on the drawings. Each bidder must accompany his Proposal with a Cashier's Check, Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to 10% of the amount of the Proposal payable to the Owner as a guarantee of prompt execution of the Contract in accordance with the Proposal and Contract Documents, and that he will furnish bond acceptable to the Owner covering performance and payment of the Contract. Bids under $25,000 will not require a bid security. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The Independent School District 283, St. Louis Park, Minnesota, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids. Minnesota prevailing wage statutes do apply to this Work. Bidder is responsible for obtaining schedule of prevailing wage rates and complying with these wage rates. Bidder is required to submit compliance reporting thru LPC tracker. This information is in specification section 00 73 43 - Prevailing Wage. Questions regarding design and technical specifications may be addressed to Knutson Construction at rhjelle@knutsonconstruction.com The project has an 8% diverse sub-contracting participation goal and 32% BIPOC (Black Indigenous and People of Color) and 20% Female workforce participation. The diverse sub-contractors should be certified BIPOC, Women and Veteran owned businesses to be counted toward the 8% goal. Submit all questions about the Contract Documents immediately to Richard Hjelle, rhjelle@knutsonconstruction.com in writing. Discrepancies, ambiguities, and omissions will be clarified by written addenda issued to all bidders of record and will become a part of the contract. The Architect and Owner will not be responsible for oral instructions. No Addenda will be issued later than 48 hours prior to the time set for receipt of proposals. 1. Failure of a bidder to receive any addendum shall not release the bidder from any obligations under his/her proposal, provided addendum was issued via same process as construction documents have been distributed. 2. In the event that such conflicts are not reported, or such clarifications, interpretations or decisions are not given, the most stringent (or most costly) course of action shall be followed unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Owner, Architect or Construction Manager. B. Construction and work shown or indicated on one Contract Document and not shown or indicated on any other document shall be provided the same as if shown or indicated on all Documents. Last day for questions will be March 24, 2025 at 5:00 PM Local Time
