The Housing Authority of St. Louis Park (Ha) is Seeking Proposals for Architectural and Engineering Services From Licensed and Insured Firms Through This Request for Qualifications (Rfq). The Ha Owns and Manages 159 Public Housing Units (110 Units in a 4 Story Apartment, 37 Single Family Homes, and Oversight of 12 Mhop Units). Over the Course of Five Years, There May Be a Need for Various Services Including Interior Replacement of Fire Panel Doors and Electrical Panels, Exterior Repair, Plumbing, Roofing Replacement, and Other Items as Needed.
