Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St Louis Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of August 5, 2025, general contractor has been identified. Construction began June 30, 2025 and is expected to be completed by November 2026. STBG 6225(161), and City Project No. 4024-1100, 577025 The work includes the construction of the following approximate quantities: 37 EA Grubbing 19,000 LF Remove Curb & Gutter 38,000 SY Remove Bituminous Pavement 17,000 CY Excavation - Common 17,700 CY Aggregate Base Class 5 13,00 TON Bituminous Pavement 160 CY Structural Concrete (CIP Retaining Walls) 3,000 LF RC Pipe Sewer (12" - 36") 5,500 LF Watermain Ductile Iron CL 52 (6" - 12") 440 LF Const Drainage Structure (48"- 96") 95,000 SF Concrete Walk 3,200 SY Concrete Driveway Pavement 16,000 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter Design 1 LS Traffic Control 9 EA Pedestrian Crosswalk Flasher System 1 EA Revise Signal System Award Date: 6/2/2025 Contract Start Date: 6/2/2025 Construction Start Date: 6/16/2025 Construction End Date: 10/31/2026 All work under the Contract must be completed by the dates specified in the project specifications. A bid bond in the amount of 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park shall accompany each bid. FHWA TITLE VI ASSURANCES: The City of St. Louis Park, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 US.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
