WORK DESCRIPTION:The work includes the construction of the following approximate quantities: 650 LF Remove Curb & Gutter 250 LF Remove Bituminous Curb & Gutter 5700 SF Remove Concrete Walk 2300 SF Remove Bituminous Pavement 4800 SF 4" Concrete Walk 2000 SF 6" Concrete Walk 900 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter - Design B618 The cost to submit a bid is $25. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the contract must be completed by July 31, 2025. BID SECURITY: A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park, shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the city.
