Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mountain Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Description of work to be done is as follows; construct a new 8' wide x 420' long boardwalk, supported by helical piers system, using 2 7/8" diameter round steel shaft triple lead helical piles. Minimum of 14' pile length, additional depth may be needed. All steel is hot dipped galvanized post fabrication. All lumber is brown, cedar tone treated. Boardwalk to accept 4,000 lbs or less. Price needs to include block bumper style curb and installation. The boardwalk will be constructed over wetlands. The boardwalk is located on the west side of Mountain Lake Trail. The City of Mountain Lake reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Interested bidder's are encouraged to schedule a time to view the site.
