Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mountain Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids. This portion of the project involves upgrades to the HVAC system serving the High School Gymnasium and High School Auditorium. These spaces encompass approximately 13,000 square feet and were constructed as part of a building addition in 1970.
