The work will consist of the construction of a new powdered activated carbon (PAC) feed building and associated feed equipment, removal of discontinued PAC slurry tanks and feed equipment, and the relocation of a PAC storage silo from the Collins Park Water Treatment Plant. Bids for this project can be accepted via e-bid only through the City of Toledo's PlanetBids portal.
