Renovation of a water / sewer project in Jacksonville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
No Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for project Estimate:$850,000-$900,000 Please submit questions for this Project 72 hours prior to bid opening Electronically Water treatment plant clearwell rehabilitation includes blasting and painting the interior and exterior of two (2) 500,000 gallon welded steel clearwells, steel repairs, and replacement of tank appurtenances as detailed in the Plans. Bids shall be on a lump sum and/or unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: KSA Engineers, Inc., 6781 Oak Hill Blvd., Tyler, TX 75703. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
