Renovation of a municipal facility in Jacksonville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,000-square-foot municipal facility.
As of May 26th 2023, project was awarded to SCI Construction but awarded amount is not available. The City of Jacksonville, Texas is soliciting proposals for qualifications from qualified persons or companies to serve as Construction Manager-at-Risk for the construction of renovations to the Civic Center. This is a one-step selection process pursuant to Texas Government Code Sect. 2269.253. Responses must be submitted in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications. The City of Jacksonville, Texas reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals/qualifications.
