Questions must be submitted either in EPro, by email, or another written form by noon on Friday, June 05, 2020. The Department of Airports for the County of San Bernardino (County) and County Service Area 60 (CSA 60), is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide On-Call Airport Planning, Architecture/Engineering and Special Services on an on-call basis. The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received Services to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section V, Scope of Work. The Contract period for one or more awarded contracts will be for a maximum initial term of three (3) years beginning on July 2020 and ending on June 30, 2023 with the option by the County and CSA 60, exercised at their sole discretion, to extend for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms on the same terms and conditions, Date for Tentative Contract Award July 2020 Location(s) where Services are to be provided, completed and managed is at the following locations six (6) general aviation public use airports: o Chino Airport, 7000 Merrill Avenue, Chino, CA 91710 o Apple Valley Airport, 21600 Corwin Road, Apple Valley, CA 92307 o Baker Airport, 56500 Highway 127, Baker, CA 92309 o Needles Airport, 711 Airport Road, Needles, CA 92363 o Barstow-Daggett Airport, 39500 National Trails Highway, Daggett, CA 92327 o Twentynine Palms Airport, 78569 Twentynine Palms Highway, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
