Question Deadline 08/11/2023 at 4:00 PM PTQuestions regarding this IFPQ not addressed at the mandatory site inspection must be submitted in writing. Bidders are encouraged to submit their written questions Payment Bond Requirement: If the successful bidders bid exceeds $25,000, the successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond for not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Agreement The total bid proposal for this Agreement must not exceed $388,000.00. A bid proposal over $388,000.00 will be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected. This contract requires Prevailing Wages if the total bid amount exceeds $15,000. If the total bid amount is under $15,000, then Prevailing Wage language will be removed prior to award. Refer to Attachment 9, Proposed Form of Agreement, for requirement details.
