Renovation of an educational facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Demolition & removal of existing air handling unit purchase and installation of new AHU, purchase & installation of all associated electrical components & all required ductwork. Controls not included. Provide labor, materials, and equipment required for the demolition and removal of existing air handling unit, purchase and installation of new AHU, purchase and installation of all associated electrical components, and all required ductwork modifications/additions, based on the attached drawings. Siemens will provide the required VAV boxes, however the mechanical contractor will be responsible for installation. West Virginia University published guidelines for construction workers regarding Covid-19, the awarded contractor will be obligated to follow them. Substantial Completion shall be no later than: December 18, 2020 Final Completion shall be no later than January 15, 2021. Liquidated Damages shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per calendar day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion.
