Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project has been awarded to Total Site Services LLC. This contract provides for the improvement of the intersection of Keene Road and Bombing Range Road by removal of the existing roundabout and constructing a traffic signal-controlled intersection. Work will include removal of cement concrete curbs, sidewalks, asphalt pavement, and storm drainage components. Construction will include excavation and embankment compaction, crushed surfacing base and top course, HMA Cl.1/2-inch paving, and Traffic Signal System. Other work includes water line improvements, constructing concrete sidewalks, illumination system, storm drainage improvements, block fence, landscaping improvements, pavement markings, permanent signing and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The City of West Richland reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, to accept any bid deemed to be responsive in the best interest of theCity of West Richlandand reserves the right to readvertise for new proposals.
