All existing HVAC equipment will be demolished other than the new chiller and chilled water pumps and associated piping. All HVAC controls will be demolished and replaced with the project. Electrical components to the systems shall be replaced as well. This IFB also includes a Brand Name Justification and Requirement for the use of Automated Logic Controls (ALC) Systems. All work is IAW the provided drawings and specifications provided with the solicitation. The contract duration is 180 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business.
