Site work for a water / sewer project in Sanibel, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Actual award amount: $518,376.87 The work for which proposals are to be received consists of the following: Shoreline Stabilization Project at Turner Beach Park This work consists of revetment to the existing riprap shoreline, extension of the dune system, drainage improvements, and replacement of wooden guardrail. Proposals shall be properly and completely executed on a standard proposal form. Each proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check or cashier's check made payable to the City of Sanibel, or an acceptable Bidders Bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish an acceptable Surety Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (l00%) of the contract price. The City of Sanibel reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities.
