The tenders must be presented in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "Repairing of the paths of Maricourt and the Great Line - Road works and paving" and the tenderer must be clearly identified there. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of BNQ standard 1809-900 / 2019. The tender, the guarantee to accompany it as well as all the other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 60 days. The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having the documents in question supplemented by others. Only guarantees issued by companies holding an insurer's license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the tender document. Only tenders submitted by contractors who have ordered tender documents in the same name as the one under which they are submitting will be considered. Only tenders from contractors with an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement are considered for the purposes of contract award.
