Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Central Point, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a 160,000-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Central Point School District invites written sealed proposals for Contractor services for the Crater High School Parking Lot Improvements. The District is seeking to contract with a single company to assist in the improvement of the parking lot. The bidder must indicate if bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120 and if the contractor and subcontractors are licensed under ORS 701.005 - 701.055. Jackson County School District No. 6 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that are not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. Work includes demolition of tennis courts; subgrade preparations and paving section per geotechnical engineer recommendations of existing gravel parking lot totaling approximately 160,000 SF on the north side of Crater High School. Work will accommodate approximately 420 parking spaces to includes curbs, landscape islands, new underground utilities for stormwater management, site lighting, replacement of existing utilities as required for construction, ADA pathways, sidewalks, pedestrian connectivity, striping, biofiltration swales, plantings, irrigation and erosion control.
