As part of the demolition, identified hazardous material removal is expected, including asbestos containing materials and lead based paint. In addition, the subject project will include a renovation to the PEB cafeteria kitchen and serving area. Furthermore, the project includes an option for a full mechanical infrastructure upgrade which would include installing four new rooftop AHUs. GSA has engaged an Architect / Engineering firm - HGA Architects and Engineers to design the project and procured a Construction Manager as Agent - Hill International to assist the Government in meeting its' goals of scope, schedule, budget, and quality during the design, procurement, construction, and closeout of the requirement.
