The general Scope of Work shall include all work related to repair and new installation of various exterior doors, interior doors, manual roll-up doors, motorized roll-up doors, frames, and related work on as needed bases thru the Baltimore City Public Schools (City Schools) at various Baltimore City Public Schools (City Schools) Locations. Description of Work 1. This contract includes all work related to interior doors, exterior doors, roll-up doors, frame repair and replacement, and new installation and shall include, but not be limited, to the following: a. Repairing and/or replacing various exterior metal, exterior FRP, interior metal/wood, manual roll-up, motorized roll-up, automatic sliding, revolving, security gates and overhead doors. b. Repairing and/or replacing various types of frames. c. Repairing and/or replacing various hardware including, but not limited to, manual and automatic door closures, panic bars, various handles, electronic entry systems, and other related work. 2. The items above are an example as to they type of work which will be required under this contract. This list is not intended to be complete and contain everything that might be required, therefore, any item that might be needed and has not specified, shall be supplied and installed in accordance with the terms of this contract.
